| John Hall, Vice President and General Manager
John is the Vice President and General Manager of Technology Service Corporation with management oversight of Praxis Inc. (wholly owned subsidiary of TSC). He serves as an executive of TSC leading 150 employees in solving complex national security issues with advanced systems engineering, integration, and decision-support services for the Space, intelligence, and the Department of Defense community. Prior to joining TSC in 2013, John founded and served as President of Aileron Electronic Services, LLC, a defense company providing research and development to the Department of Defense.
| Eric J. Vandersall, Director
Eric oversees highly skilled employees providing systems test and evaluation for terrestrial and aerospace communications systems. He is responsible for extending the company's success with existing customers in the defense marketplace and for helping to shape and capture new project opportunities consistent with business objectives. Eric has over 16 years of experience in spacecraft systems, systems engineering, design, integration and test. He joined Praxis in 1993 after graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.Sc. degree in Aerospace Engineering.
| Steve R. Hershner, Director
Steve leads our acquisition and purchasing group within Praxis and he lends technical expertise to all complex and technology procurements. Steve joined Praxis in 1993, and his two decades of experience with high-reliability spaceflight component technologies fuels his commitment to the mission of his department, Steve has over 22 years of experience in Department of Defense and NASA spaceflight projects. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
| Jerri Goff, Human Resources Manager
Jerri is the Human Resources Manager with overall responsibility for implementing HR strategies, programs and processes that deliver the people results needed for Praxis to meet its business objectives. Jerri joined Praxis in 2016 after providing 8 years of support to the Praxis parent company, Technology Service Corporation. She has over 20 years of experience across a variety of functions to include Human Resources, Program Administration, Marketing, Communications and Sales. She has extensive Defense Acquisition University (DAU) training, is DAWIA Program Management Level I qualified and holds certification as both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®)from the HR Certification Institute as well as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) from the Society for Human Resources Management.
